End of Radio 100?
Dutch government sells frequencies
Amsterdam 11 - 05 -2003
On the 23rd of May, the Dutch government
Intend to take away all frequencies from the many alternative and non
commercial radio stations, and sell them to the highest bidder which
will of course be UPC, who control most of the media.
This means that after that date Radio 100 and many more stations will vanish
from the airwaves. This also means that on May the 21st I will have
what could possibly be my last radio show for Radio 100.
The format of that evening will be slightly different, I shall have a
surprise guest and will be playing tapes which include Lenny Bruce, Jack Kerouac
& Aja Waalwijk...
More info: Radio 100.
Please note change of date.
